We think it's only fair to be straight with you about how the product can be free for buyers and sellers. Savvy Mover is being built in-house by a hands-on technical founder, which keeps the platform lean while we prove the model.
Estate agent, conveyancer and broker workspaces are lenses on the same Deal Room, so the teams around a sale can keep updates and blockers visible without dragging buyers and sellers back into scattered emails, calls and spreadsheets.
What matters is the line we will keep clear: buyers and sellers should not be surprised with a charge to keep their move organised. If we add optional extras in future, they will be labelled plainly and skipping them will not secretly downgrade your core move tools.
